Hungry Ghosts/Why Halloween Is Haunted:
An Evening With A Demonologist

On October 27, Sr. Michael Cyprian, an Anglican nun, presented a lecture titled “Hungry Ghosts/Why Halloween Is Haunted: An Evening With A Demonologist.”

The lecture presented a sobering view of the history of Halloween and why ghosts and paranormal activity seem to be more prevalent during this time of year.

Sr. Cyprian is Prioress General of The Oblate Knights of Christ the King, a religious order whose ministry is the cure of souls from demonic infestations and possessions. The ministry is spiritual warfare includes spiritual deliverance and sometimes exorcism.

During the lecture Sr. Cyprian shared her experiences and knowledge of paranormal happenings gained from years as a practitioner of occultism, an inner city EMT, and a psychiatric nurse. She was formerly a member of the Franciscan order and has been a demonologist and spiritual consultant for 20 years.

We share these pictures of Sr. Cyprian’s lecture for you:
